1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The item you received is wrong, defective, or damaged.
- The product is not compatible with your phone model (only if you selected the correct model during purchase).
- You received a different color or design than what you ordered.
2. Conditions for Returned Items
For a successful return, ensure that:
- The item is in its original packaging.
- It is unused, clean, and in resellable condition.
- All accessories included in the package are returned.
- You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
3. Items NOT Eligible for Return
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Accessories damaged due to customer handling, accidents, or misuse.
- Screen protectors that have already been installed or peeled off.
- Products purchased during clearance/flash sales.
- Items returned after the 48‑hour window.
4. Return Process (Simple 3 Steps)
Step 1: Contact Us
Reach us through:
- Call/SMS
- Email (if applicable)
Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos/video of the issue
- Your full name & phone number
Step 2: Return Approval
Our team will review the request and approve your return if it meets policy requirements.
Step 3: Exchange / Refund
After the product is received and inspected:
- Exchanges are processed within 24–48 hours.
- Refunds (if applicable) are issued via M‑Pesa within 2–5 business days.
5. Who Pays the Return Delivery Fee?
- If the mistake is on our side (wrong item, defective item), JojoLinks pays the return and replacement delivery fee.
- If the return is due to customer error (wrong model selected, change of mind), the customer pays the return and re‑delivery fee.
6. Warranty
Most JojoLinks products come with a 7‑day limited replacement warranty against factory defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Breakage after use
- Water damage
- Wear and tear
- Accidental drops
7. Damaged or Missing Items on Delivery
If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, contact us immediately within 24 hours with:
- Unboxing photos/video
- Order details
We will replace or correct the order at no extra cost.
